Deputy Headteacher (0.8 considered) job summary
This role is a key member of our senior leadership team and will be instrumental in supporting the academy in the next stage of development and in our aspiration to be outstanding in all areas.
The key area of responsibility will be determined by the strengths of the appointed candidate. Current staff and responsibilities will be aligned accordingly.
The successful candidate will have a whole-school responsibility for this integral area of school improvement. They will also work in close collaboration with the Headteacher, and the rest of the Senior Leadership Team to facilitate joined-up thinking around all whole-school priorities.
