Following promotion, we are seeking to appoint an ambitious and inspiring Deputy Headteacher Quality of Education, to join our senior leadership team.

- Demonstrates an excellent understanding of teaching and learning
- Has an unwavering commitment to inclusion and wellbeing without exception or bias
- Has a well-developed understanding of exceptional behaviour and conduct
- Has strong and proven impact in driving successful teams and systems
- Is a strategic thinker with the drive, dedication and organisational skills to make plans become a reality
- Has significant leadership and management experienced and is able to create an ethos within which their direct reports are motivated and supported to develop their skills and knowledge
- Has an understanding of effective governance
- Isa strong team player
