Are you an experienced leader, innovator and practitioner who puts relationships at the heart of everything you do?

We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated leader who will work alongside the Headteacher to develop and lead our team of committed professionals.

Windmill Hill School is in its second year having started as a new school in September 2021.  We currently meet the needs of 80 students with a range of learning needs.  This includes:PMLD, SLD, MLD and complex learning difficulties.  Students may also have additional needs such ASD and SLCN.  A number of students also have associated social emotional and mental health needs.

The successful candidate will have expertise in the leading the learning of students with a broad range of learning needs and significant experience in leading Learning and Teaching to maximise opportunities for all our students.
