As Deputy Headteacher, you will:
- Deputise for the Headteacher as required
- Lead and inspire staff to deliver outstanding teaching and learning
- Ensure effective safeguarding, inclusion, and pastoral care as Designated Safeguarding Lead
- Support the strategic development and day-to-day management of the school
- Drive continuous school improvement in line with our vision and values
- Develop strong partnerships with parents, the community, and external agencies

About YouYou will be an experienced leader with a successful track record in primary education, an outstanding classroom practitioner, and a passionate advocate for every child's success. As our Deputy Headteacher, you'll have:
- Recognised Qualified Teacher Status and a first degree
- Recent leadership experience at Deputy Head or Assistant Head level
- Deep understanding of the National Curriculum, school improvement, and safeguarding
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- The drive to inspire, mentor, and motivate others
