Deputy Headteacher - Academic job summary
The Governing Body of this successful 11-16 school is seeking to appoint a highly motivated leader with vision and ambition to help take the school forward into the next stage of its journey of excellence.
We are looking for someone who is:

- Able to demonstrate a track record in raising achievement, of innovation and success
- Committed to high quality teaching and learning
- Able to challenge and motivate others to achieve excellent practice

- Able to play a major contribution in the day to day operations of the school.

- An excellent communicator with a proven record of successful leadership
