We are seeking to appoint an outstanding and inspirational Deputy Headteacher (Associate Headteacher) who will be the sole deputy at the academy.
We are looking for a talented leader who has aspiration and the capability to progress as the academy and Trust will provide the experience necessary for headship. This is a great career opportunity, and you will be supported with a bespoke development programme to prepare you for headship.
The successful candidate will be an experienced, proactive and innovative school leader, with a clear strategic vision and the ability to support and develop staff and students. They will work closely with the headteacher to deliver the strategic vision for Hollingworth Academy.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced senior leader to join a successful academy that combines management freedom for effective leaders with strong central support from our Trust that encourages collaboration for success.
We are looking for a leader who will use their energy and vision to make a real impact; to support the achievement of outstanding outcomes for our students and staff, as well as ensuring that the academy continues to develop its current standards and achievements – both academically and pastorally.
