Oldmixon Primary School is looking for a leader with a with a passion for curriculum, pedagogy and inclusion. If you are wanting greater responsibility, quality development, career progression and opportunities for collaboration, this is for you.
Full time permanent role. Required from 1st September 2024.
Salary: Leadership 6 – 10 (£53 380 - £58 959 FTE per annum) plus extensive benefits package. You will work alongside the headteacher to continue to build a supportive, nurturing environment for the whole team, enabling the prioritisation of pupil outcomes and wellbeing.
Your positive outlook, optimism and reliability will be essential for managing the school on a day-to-day basis and ensuring pupils are safe and enjoying an extraordinary education.

You will have significant experience of positive behaviour management strategies, SEND and of working with outside agencies. Leading by example, you will be confident in modelling good practice, developing positive relationships with children, parents, staff and the community.
You will be an effective leader of education with particular responsibility for SEND, English, assessment and teacher development. You will have a broad and developed knowledge of pedagogy, curriculum and assessment. You will understand how all these work together to ensure that pupils at Oldmixon achieve their best and always be proud of who they are and what they do.
