Deputy Headteacher (Behaviour and Attitudes) job summary

The Academy of Central Bedfordshire is one of the most successful Alternative Provision schools in the country and accommodates vulnerable young people from across Central Bedfordshire.  This is a unique opportunity to help lead our staff team forward within a trauma informed environment which provides meaningful education that enables our pupils to reach their individual potential. 

Ideally, you will have experience of working with young people with additional needs in a trauma informed, attachment aware manner although all relevant skills and experience will be considered.

We are looking for a Deputy Headteacher to join the senior leadership team of our dual campus Academy.  The role will be based at our Kingsland campus in Houghton Regis, with whole school responsibility for Behaviour and Attitudes.   This is a full time, permanent role.
