As a result, Sir Bernard Lovell Academy is now one of the highest performing schools in Bristol and South Gloucestershire. We are looking to appoint a driven, compassionate and resilient Deputy Headteacher with a high level of moral purpose and the ability to motivate and develop trust in others. The focus of the role will be to enhance our high standards of behaviour, strengthen the sense of belonging felt by all students and build on our culture of respect and inclusivity. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate closely with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team to provide strategic leadership towards the school’s 2030 vision of an exceptional education for all.

Futura Learning Partnership is a partnership of schools which span 5 local authority areas: Bath & North East Somerset, Bristol, North Bristol, North Somerset, Somerset and South Gloucestershire.
