Cornelius Vermuyden School, is now under the leadership of the South East Essex Academy Trust (SEEAT), in collaboration with Zenith Multi Academy Trust and Basildon Academies. As Deputy Headteacher, you will play a key role in supporting the Executive Headteacher and Head of School to shape and deliver the vision and strategic priorities of Cornelius Vermuyden School with a particular focus on behaviour and pastoral support.
You will have a small teaching commitment, supporting colleagues by modelling best practice and contributing directly to the academic success and pastoral care of our pupils.
You will also work closely with colleagues in other SEEAT schools, sharing best practice and embracing your own professional development.
You might be an experienced Deputy Headteacher looking for a new challenge, or an Assistant Head looking to make the next step in your career. What is most important to us is that you share our vision and values.
