Deputy Headteacher job summary

The school governors are looking for a Deputy Headteacher who is an experienced classroom practitioner and has an excellent track record of improving academic standards.

If you are dynamic, forward thinking and have excellent leadership, management and communication skills, we want to hear from you.

The successful candidate will:

-Possess excellent teaching skills

- Demonstrate a high level of personal motivation and ambition

- Have vision and innovative ideas as well as a proven ability to think strategically

- Have experience of leading successful whole school improvement

- Be able to lead, motivate and inspire others and show willingness to challenge under performance

- Have passion and enthusiasm to embrace innovation and have a clear vision for learning

- Have a commitment to a high quality learning experience for all our children

- Experience of teaching across all primary ages
