We are very excited to be recruiting for a new and additional Deputy Head Teacher to join our school. We are looking for a strong, well-rounded individual who can drive significant improvements in their areas of responsibility but also for the whole school.
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, positive, and charismatic leader who has proven leadership experience. This person will be responsible for improving the quality, delivery and impact of the school curriculum, academic achievement across the school, and the improvement planning process. Experience of leadership and positive impact in these areas will be desirable.. Amongst other things this individual must;
• Be a robust, resilient, and positive leader, committed to going above and beyond to ensure rapid school improvement. If your glass is ‘half empty’ we are not the school for you.
• Be committed to working with pupils, parents and staff to raise standards
• Have a deep understanding of the secondary curriculum
• Have the drive and unwavering belief to make a real difference to the lives of pupils in an area of disadvantage
• Be able to challenge, inspire, and motivate others to achieve outstanding practice
