What skills and experience we're looking for
Due to our recent expansion of the secondary phase of our trust we are currently seeking to appoint 3 dynamic, hardworking and dedicated Deputy Headteacher’s at each of our secondary schools. At both Wingfield Academy and Dinnington High School we are looking for a Deputy Headteacher for Quality of Education and at Brinsworth Academy we are seeking a Deputy Headteacher for Behaviour and Culture. We are looking for someone who will be passionate and committed to improving the opportunities, educational outcomes and life chances for all pupils.
The successful candidates will work closely with the Headteacher to develop a high-quality education and pastoral provision for all pupils. We are ambitious for our pupils and seek Deputy Headteachers who can help to further shape and implement our vision. This post would be ideal for a current Senior Leader with a breadth of experience ready for the next step. The successful candidates will have a substantial and successful experience of Senior Leadership in the secondary sector, a track record of improving leadership, raising standards and delivering educational excellence.
