Deputy Headteacher job summary

Lumbertubs Primary is an exciting and welcoming school in which to work and is part of the Campfire Education Trust. The successful candidate will be an outstanding classroom practitioner, who has the ability to share, model and demonstrate the key characteristics of effective teaching and learning.

You will play an integral role in coaching and developing staff and you will support the Headteacher in the logistical and strategical management of the school.

As the Deputy Headteacher you will be specifically responsible for:

  • Improving the quality of teaching and learning
