Flying High Partnership is seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Deputy Headteacher. This role is appointed centrally by Flying High and initially deployed to Hawthorn primary school. This represents a great opportunity to join Hawthorn primary school on their continued journey of improvement, whilst being a part of a strong partnership. The Role:
- Support the Head teacher to deliver a vision an ambitious vision for every child.
- Act up in the absence of the Head teacher.
- Work alongside the Head Teacher and wider partnership, to grow and develop as a leader equipped to progress onto Headship.
- Contribute to the strategic direction and development of the school.
- Lead and manage staff to ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
- Foster a positive and inclusive school culture.
