What skills and experience we're looking for
The current SLT structure and responsibilities will be shared with shortlisted candidates, but this post is for a Deputy Headteacher responsible for HR. The essential responsibilities include Single Central Record, directed time, staff recruitment and retention, disciplinary procedures, appraisal and pay recommendations, sickness absence, leave of absence, liaison with supply agencies and marketing of the school. Other responsibilities that have arisen over time and circumstance include leading on whole school IT, GDPR and online safety.
