We are seeking an exceptional Deputy Headteacher to join our leadership team at Hilltop Primary school within Beyond Schools Trust. About the role
As Deputy Headteacher, you will:
- Lead and inspire high-quality teaching and learning across the primary phase, including the development of a rigorous and robust monitoring system.
- Play a central role in school improvement, self-evaluation and strategic planning.
- Develop, coach and support staff, nurturing talent and future leaders.
- Champion inclusion, safeguarding and ambition for every pupil.
- Deputise for the Headteacher as required and contribute to Trust-wide collaboration.
