What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will be an excellent teacher, inspiring leader and team player with the ability to think strategically, analytically and creatively to ensure their vision, and that of the schools’ are accomplished successfully.
This role is a key leadership role within an outstanding school and sixth form. The successful candidate will have a passion to lead the pastoral team, safeguarding, attendance, behaviour and attitudes to learning. Exceptional leadership skills are, however more important to us than prior leadership of this specific area.
