Is passionate about teaching and learning, keeps abreast of research-based innovation, and has a track record of teaching excellence alongside coaching and developing staff

Brings experience in school finances and financial management

Leads confidently on behaviour, working positively with parents and staff to uphold consistently high standards

Can work collaboratively with our wider school team to develop and embed our school vision

Is a motivating leader who inspires and empowers others

Has high expectations for all pupils, particularly those who are disadvantaged, and is committed to improving outcomes for everyone.

Our school strives to serve the community by providing an excellent education for all pupils, of all abilities and backgrounds. We are a Church Controlled primary school and as such, work hard to preserve and develop our distinctive Christian character, liaising closely with the local church and Canterbury Diocese.

Our School Motto:

We converted to an academy (01 November 2015) through the Diocese of Canterbury Multi Academy Trust (Aquila). We took this decision to enable our school to have greater autonomy and have a greater say in how we are run now and in the future.
