Deputy Headteacher - Learner Engagement (Primaries)

The Deputy Headteacher for Learner Engagement will provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure that all pupils in the primary phase are actively engaged, included and supported to thrive academically, socially and emotionally.

The post holder will lead whole school improvement in attendance, behaviour and attitudes, personal development, access to suitable education and enrichment, ensuring that every child flourishes and no pupil ls left behind.

This role is central to establishing a positive, inclusive and nurturing school culture in which pupils feel safe, motivated, enthusiastic about learning and well prepared for the next stage of education
