What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful candidate will be an outstanding classroom practitioner, who has the ability to share, model and demonstrate the key characteristics of effective teaching and learning.

You will play an integral role in coaching and developing staff and you will support the Headteacher in the logistical and strategical management of the school.

As the Deputy Headteacher you will be specifically responsible for:

Improving the quality of teaching and learning

Visits to watch shortlisted candidate's teach in their own school will take place week commencing 2nd October and interviews will take place on Tuesday 17th October 2023
