What skills and experience we're looking for
We are currently seeking a dynamic, hardworking and dedicated Deputy Headteacher. We are looking for someone who will be passionate and committed to improving the opportunities, educational outcomes and life chances for all pupils. The successful candidate will work closely with the Headteacher to develop a high-quality education and pastoral provision for all pupils. We are ambitious for Dinnington High School pupils and seek a Deputy Headteacher who can help to further shape and implement our vision. This post would be ideal for a current senior leader with a breadth of experience ready for the next step.
The successful candidate will have a substantial and successful experience of senior leadership in the secondary sector, a track record of improving leadership, raising standards and delivering educational excellence.
