Key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the Headteacher to develop and implement strategies for raising standards of achievement and improving outcomes.
  • Providing leadership and support to staff in delivering high-quality SEND provision, ensuring learning meet the diverse needs of our students.
  • Engaging with parents, carers, and external agencies to foster strong partnerships and promote the well-being of our students.
  • Contributing to the wider leadership team, participating in school improvement initiatives, and driving forward our commitment to continuous improvement.
