• Is a highly skilled, leading teacher with a passion for delivering an excellent Pastoral provision in a large school to students across Years 7 to 13.

• Is committed to being a driven, professional senior leader who can bring students, families and staff with them on the journey to Outstanding provision.

• Consistently models excellent practice and has students' progress and personal development at the core of their professional motivation

• Wants an exciting opportunity to lead a vibrant, diverse and growing organisation.

• Is keen to work collaboratively with leaders and teams across the wider Trust.
