What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for an exceptional candidate as Deputy Headteacher who shares our values and has the right vision and ethos to join us on our journey to becoming a truly outstanding school. You will be an innovative and proactive leader, who will build on the reputation of Washington Academy and work in partnership with the Headteacher, the leadership team and our school community, you will provide the strategic leadership for the high expectations for behaviour and attitudes at Washington Academy.
