What the school offers its staff
This is an exciting time to join our journey of improvement and play a key part in transforming the lives of our young people. We work as part of a family of schools within our Trust, each school retaining their individuality but with the network of support from colleagues in other schools to call on. The Trust has a positive approach to staff well-being, and is currently consulting on a two week October half term break with a slightly adjusted school day to compensate.
