Deputy Headteacher (Quality of Education) job summary
We are seeking to recruit an a Deputy Headteacher (Quality of Education). The role of the Deputy Headteacher is to be a member of the Strategic Leadership Team and will have a specific responsibility for the safety, welfare and pastoral support of all students
To establish a culture of pedagogical excellence across the Academy and to ensure there are effective systems in place to support teachers to improve their practice
To establish and sustain a culture of continued professional development and sharing of best practice, in order to ensure that our Blueprints for Teaching and Learning and Behaviour are consistently applied so that curriculum implementation is consistent, student experience is positive and outcomes improved
To strategically lead on the monitoring of T&L across the Academy and the accountability systems and strategic CPD response to support this.
