About the Role
You will:
Be the lead professional for teaching, learning and standards across the school
Drive strategic improvement planning and quality assurance
Coach and mentor teachers and leaders to be their best
Lead robust self-evaluation and curriculum development
Contribute to a high-performing, cohesive Senior Leadership Team
Champion inclusion and ensure that every learner thrives
