Due to the promotion to headship of our existing Deputy Headteacher, the Governors and staff of our large church school are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Deputy Headteacher to work as part of our dynamic and forward-thinking leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and committed leader to play a key role in shaping the future direction of our school.The successful candidate will work closely with the Headteacher, Governors and wider leadership team to maintain and further develop the school’s strong Christian ethos,high standards of teaching and learning, and inclusive, caring environment. We are looking for an inspirational practitioner with a proven track record of leadership, a passion for school improvement and the ability to motivate and support staff and pupils alike.

Red Hill CE Primary School is a large 2 form entry Church school in the centre of Worcester. We have close links with our local church; St Martins as well as being an active part of the City Schools Network. We currently have a "Good" Ofsted rating from 2023 and a successful SIAMS inspection dated March 2024.
We are fortunate to have a large school site which includes the addition of our Forest School facility which all children access throughout the year as part of their curriculum offer.
