Under the guidance of our Executive Principal, you'll add capacity to our leadership teams, leading and/or supporting on various aspects of school improvement, including CPD, teacher and middle leaders development, behaviour, attendance, and safeguarding.
Your Role:
This role will be as dynamic and diverse as our Trust itself. From spearheading professional development initiatives to driving improvements in behaviour and attendance, you'll be at the forefront of shaping our schools' success. Don't worry if you don't have direct experience in all areas of school leadership - we'll provide you with high-quality training and guidance through a comprehensive induction program.
