The retirement of a colleague creates an exciting opportunity on our Leadership Team. The successful candidate will be an outstanding teacher, and an exceptional leader and communicator across all our stakeholder groups (staff, students, parents and the community). They will share our ethos, and also our determination that even an Outstanding school is on a never-ending journey of improvement.
Our OFSTED grading has recently been confirmed as Outstanding (November 2023) and the inspection team have written that:
