The Role
This is a pivotal leadership position designed for an individual who is passionate about both high-level strategy and the day-to-day magic of the classroom. You will:
Lead our Inclusion Team: Oversee the SENCO, SEND Facilitator, Wellbeing Mentor, and school therapy team to ensure no child is left behind.
Drive Curriculum Innovation: Act as the lead professional in crafting a rich, well-planned curriculum full of enrichment.
Be a Digital Pioneer: Champion "PedTech" and the use of AI to enhance learning and school life.
Model Excellence: Act as a deputy DSL and a beacon of "Trauma Informed" (TPP) practice.

EFSPT was formed in 2018 from a consortium of schools that had worked together for over 20 years, and are committed to collaborative working to ensure the best possible outcomes for our children and school communities. The schools maintain their identities but work in a highly collaborative manner supported by a small but very experienced Central Team.
