We are seeking an exceptional Deputy Headteacher to join us at an important stage in our development.

The Deputy Headteacher will play a central role in ensuring classrooms are calm and ambitious, expectations are consistently applied, and every child - particularly the most disadvantaged - receives an excellent education.

We are looking for a leader who combines strategic thinking with operational precision, and high standards with compassion.

The Role

The Deputy Headteacher will:

• Drive excellence in teaching and curriculum across the school
• Lead and develop middle leaders with clarity and accountability
• Secure strong systems for assessment and standards
• Champion inclusive provision and high expectations for all pupils
• Model calm, principled leadership rooted in integrity and professionalism
• Contribute strategically to whole-school improvement
• Deputise fully for the Headteacher, ensuring effective day-to-day leadership

This is a visible leadership role - in classrooms, coaching colleagues and shaping direction.
