We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Deputy Headteacher to join our dedicated team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our school.
The Role:
This is a unique opportunity to combine your passion for teaching with strategic leadership.
You will:
- Teach a class within Key Stage 2, maintaining the highest standards of teaching and learning.
- Lead and develop teaching and learning across the whole school, ensuring consistent excellence in classroom practice.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of teaching and learning, providing support and guidance to staff.
- Lead on curriculum development, implementation, and assessment.
- Analyse data to identify trends and inform school improvement strategies.
- Contribute to the strategic leadership and management of the school, working closely with the Headteacher.
- Deputise for the Headteacher as required.
- Lead professional development initiatives to enhance staff expertise.
- Contribute to the school's self-evaluation and improvement planning.
- Support the safeguarding and well-being of all pupils.

- Is an outstanding and experienced KS2 teacher with a proven track record of success.
- Possesses strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Has a deep understanding of the national curriculum and assessment practices.
- Is passionate about raising standards and improving outcomes for all pupils.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is committed to their own professional development and the development of others.
- Has the ability to analyse data effectively to drive improvement.
- Is a team player with a positive and proactive approach.
- Has knowledge of current educational legislation and best practice.
