Introduction to role

We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Headteacher who is an inspirational leader with a passion for fostering academic excellence and nurturing students potential. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Executive Headteacher, Head of School and staff to promote a positive learning environment, drive continual improvement across the school.

Aim and main purpose of the role:

- In partnership with the Executive Headteacher, Head of School and Governors, to ensure that the vision and ethos of the school is met.

- Provide excellent leadership across the school which secures their success and continuous improvement.

- Ensuring high quality education for all pupils, and the highest standards of learning and achievement.

- Raise/drive achievement by fostering high expectations of progress for every child.

- In conjunction with the rest of the Senior Leadership Team/work with Executive Headteacher and Head of School to confidently and strategically lead the school and support the effective and efficient day to day running and management.

- To deputise for the Head of School in case of their absence.
