Deputy Headteacher job summary
We invite applications from suitably qualified and experienced senior leaders who are practising Catholics with proven management skills and a clear vision for Catholic Education. The successful applicant will join a strong Senior Leadership Team who will be instrumental in shaping the future of the school, guided by our Mission.
We are seeking a Deputy Headteacher who will:
be immediately responsible to and work with our highly experienced Headteacher
inspire, challenge and motivate staff, in order to maintain and develop the best teaching and learning
bring experience of focussed, successful and sustained school improvement
work closely with our governing body in the assessment, monitoring and evaluation of pupils’ progress, attainment and wellbeing
be a committed member of the senior leadership team of our Trust.
work collaboratively with the trust team, local and Diocesan heads to ensure high standards of attainment and to sustain and develop
the school’s Catholic Ethos.
