Swanmore C of E (Aided) Primary School is seeking to appoint a Deputy Headteacher who can demonstrate outstanding practice and an ability to harness the skills and enthusiasm of all staff and pupils. Working in partnership with the Headteacher, they will work to ensure the smooth and effective running of the school by maintaining and elevating the high standards of teaching and learning, as well as implementing effective initiatives to drive improvement.

Although this post is non-class based there will be a regular element of teaching, equivalent to one day per week.
