  • Have a reflective and evaluative approach to leadership and practice, with a commitment to continual school improvement

  • Have the ability to support the strategic and operational leadership of the school, ensuring the highest standards of teaching, learning, behaviour and safeguarding

  • Be committed to inclusion and ensuring that every child is supported to flourish both academically and personally
