The Academy Councillors are seeking to appoint an experienced and outstanding teacher and ambitious leader who is committed to raising attainment and supporting children to be the best they can be. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that is wholeheartedly committed to making a difference in the lives of children attending Ward Jackson.
The successful candidate will:
- have proven leadership skills in order to take a leading role in the vision for Ward Jackson to be an outstanding place of teaching and learning and take on responsibilities of the Deputy Headteacher
- be an outstanding classroom practitioner with extensive primary experience across all phases
- show commitment to the overall Christian Vision, Values and Ethos of the school, showing warmth, care and commitment to our learning community
- have excellent communication skills with the ability to establish positive relationships with staff, children, parents, governors and the community
- be given dedicated leadership time to allow you to fulfil your leadership and management responsibilities
