What skills and experience we're looking for
You are an experienced and committed primary school teacher and leader, who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are ready to support the Headteacher in driving school improvement, raising standards and fostering a culture of inclusion and excellence. You lead by example in the classroom, inspire confidence in others, and are motivated by the opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction of the school while maintaining a strong presence in day-to-day operations.
You will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status
- Substantial experience in middle leadership (e.g. Assistant Head, Phase Leader or Subject Leader), with a proven impact on pupil outcomes.
- A strong understanding of school improvement strategies and how to support their implementation.
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, with the ability to build trust and motivate others.
