Deputy Nursery Manager job summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join our newly extended school-based nursery.

A hands-on leader, confident in guiding, supporting, and inspiring a dedicated nursery team.
Able to support apprentices and nurture professional growth across the setting.
Ready to work closely with our Nursery Manager and Early Years Lead to ensure children receive the best possible start in their learning journey.
Committed to helping children become school ready for entry into Reception, driving our vision for a strong start at Fulbridge Academy.
Motivated to drive continuous improvement and maintain high standards across the nursery.
Passionate about early years education and child development, with a deep understanding of how young children learn best.
Responsive, loyal and a great team player, able to build strong relationships with children, staff and families.
Enthusiastic, flexible and socially skilful, with a passion for creating a nurturing and inspiring early years environment.
Consistent, thorough and thoughtful, ensuring high standards of care, learning and safeguarding are always maintained.
