What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will:
- have experience of successful senior leadership in one or more schools
- have high expectations of achievement, attainment and behaviour
- lead by example, inspiring and motivating children and colleagues
- support the Trust and the Principal in developing strategies to improve educational outcomes for all pupils
- play an active role in the senior leadership team driving improvement in pupil progress and standards
- develop & support improvement in teaching & learning
- be an outstanding leader and practitioner with expert professional knowledge
- have very effective mentoring & modelling skills
- have experience of inclusion and supporting vulnerable families
- have the knowledge and skills to lead on reading
