Deputy Principal - Behaviour & Attitudes job summary

Following a recent restructure we have established this new role within the Academy of Deputy Principal with specific responsibility for the new Ofsted Category of Behaviour and Attitudes. Working collaboratively with the Executive Principal and a second newly appointed Deputy Principal, each with responsibility for Quality of Education and Personal Development respectively, you will support the new Ofsted Framework. Whilst working alongside a team of Assistant Principals, each with responsibility for a year group, you will be responsible for driving forward Behaviour and Attitudes within the Academy. In addition to teaching this role may also require for you to deputise for the Executive Principal in their absence. These are exciting times for All Saints Academy and we believe that this is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant contribution to its development. We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, ambitious and inspiring individual who will help drive the Academy forward as it continues its journey towards outstanding. You should be an exemplary role model by demonstrating a can-do, will do approach and as such you will contribute to the overall leadership and management of the Academy and be active in promoting its aims, and supporting an ethos that promotes achievement and high standards. Together with extensive teaching experience in a variety of settings, you will have experience of whole school success and of middle or senior leadership.
