Deputy Principal - Quality of Education job summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic, Deputy Principal with a passion for driving the Quality of Education to help us elevate learning outcomes and make a real impact on our students aged 11-18. We require a strong, effective leader who will bring their passion and dedication, to focus on quality assurance working as part of the Senior Leadership team.

As a leader in the Academy, working with our fantastic community, you will play an instrumental role in embedding excellence in terms of high-quality teaching and learning and robust continuous high quality assurance processes.

We are seeking a professional who puts students at the heart of everything they do: someone who can shape the future of the Academy, take ownership for driving high standards and leads from the front. They will support colleagues to improve their practice through providing effective professional development opportunities and utilising current research.

In return you will work with a progressive and forward thinking Multi Academy Trust where there are opportunities for development and career progression. Great Heights Academy Trust is a growing multi-academy trust with nine schools in the West Yorkshire area with plans to further expand. In addition, we are home to a SCITT, Research School and an English Hub.
