Applications are invited from suitably experienced staff to work alongside the SENDCo to co-ordinate our successful Learning Support team.

You will:

- have a passion for working with students who have barriers to their learning - and knowledge of how to overcome them

- have a proven track record of working with students with Special Educational Needs to improve their outcomes

- have the credibility and experience to lead a team of Teaching Assistants and support staff, including the deployment of staff to support students

- have excellent communication skills
