  • A strong commitment to staff wellbeing.

  • Access to excellent teacher training provision via the SCITT within the Trust, based at The Compton School. SCITT has been graded 'Outstanding' by Ofsted in June 2022.

  • Career pathways and a strong history of promotion across the Trust.

  • Access to national CPD programmes such as Ambition Institute NPQs to develop leadership expertise and specialisms.

  • Opportunity to take part in our Talent Management Programme which has well-developed tiers to develop the skills of staff and prepare them for promotion within the Trust.

  • Excellent public transport and road links to the rest of the UK and Europe.
