Required for an Easter 2026 start
Stopsley High School is seeking to appoint a highly ambitious and knowledgeable Deputy SENCO to join our dedicated SEND team. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and aspirational teacher, from either a primary or secondary background, who is ready to embrace the challenges and rewards of a leadership role.
The successful candidate will play a key role in our large, vibrant, and forward-looking SEND team, led by an experienced and dynamic SENDCO. Our team is passionate about adaptive teaching and committed to delivering an outstanding academic experience for students with SEND.
Stopsley High School has been on a rapid improvement journey, becoming an academy in September 2021 and joining the Middlesex Learning Trust. Our school has benefited from collaborative networking across the Trust, opportunities to share best practice, and access to innovative training. This hard work was recognised in our Ofsted inspection in September 2022, where we were graded “Good” in all five areas.
