About you

We are looking for an Deputy SENDco who will:

  • Support the strategic leadership and day-to-day operational management of SEND provision across the academy
  • Ensure that systems, practice and classroom implementation enable pupils with SEND to access an ambitious curriculum
  • Contribute to a culture of equity, consistency and high expectations for all pupils
