Are you an IT professional with a passion for education and technology? Join our Trust as a Deputy Trust IT Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing our schools' IT infrastructure, systems, and training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deputise for the Trust IT Manager: Lead the day-to-day management of the Trust’s IT service.
- MIS & SharePoint Management: Own and manage the Trust’s MIS and SharePoint platforms and providing expert third-line support.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and implementation of the Trust’s IT strategy.
- Training & Development: Develop and deliver IT-related training for teaching and support staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Systems Security: Maintain internet provision, web filtering, and endpoint security systems, ensuring a secure and efficient IT environment.
Skills & Qualifications:
- IT Expertise: Strong knowledge of MIS, SharePoint, and IT infrastructure management.
- Leadership: Experience in managing and developing IT teams.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to contribute to IT strategy development and implementation.
- Communication: Excellent training and presentation skills to support staff development.
- Problem Solver: Proactive in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues.
