We are seeking to appoint an inspirational Deputy Year Leader who will work directly with the Year Leader to lead the 'behaviour for learning' and academic progress of a Year group.
You're someone who'll be able to:
* Work with the Year Leader to lead the behaviour and academic progress of a Year group to ensure all students make outstanding progress.
* Promote and adhere to the Trust's values to be unusually brave, discover what's possible, push the limits and be big hearted.
You're someone who has:
* The passion and dedication to work in Education.
* The ability to build strong relationships with staff, students and parents.
* Believe in and demonstrate our key drivers at all times; The highest expectations, Never give up, Everyone is valued, Value feedback, No excuses, Outstanding learning.
