What skills and experience we're looking for
You will be required to be an outstanding practitioner in student communication, management, and direction. You should feel confident being the lead person at various times of the day, both structured and unstructured. As such, you will have the skills and personality to develop strong, professional, and sustainable relationships with students, being positive, calm, resilient, consistent and reliable.
